Due to the pandemic, the special circumstances, but also the very nature of our jobs that involve working with groups of people, we want to mention the following as far as job applications are concerned.
 

The questionnaire includes the question whether you have a vaccination certificate. Due to the delicate nature of the issue regarding medical practice - and truly a personal matter for each of us - it is not mandatory to answer the question we have in the questionnaire regarding this issue. We evaluate the resumes you send with the absolute criterion of how well you fit the job, and no answer to the vaccination issue will positively or negatively affect the evaluation. 

The reason the question exists is regarding recruitment to positions where it is absolutely necessary to work for life and where the legislation puts many obstacles in the operation of our company, as well as of all companies in general, disrupting our smooth operation.

In any case, even if the position you are applying for currently has such an obstacle, do not hesitate to fill it. Apart from the legislation that is constantly changing on the issue and we are constantly looking for solutions that can provide a definitive solution to the issue (hybrid work, new spaces, etc.) 

We sincerely regret that we have been led to this situation, but we think it is only fair to the applicants to know what is going on at the moment as far as such a delicate matter is concerned.
